Over the last 20 years, Steve has held Director Level positions in a number of leading corporations, delivering converged communication and network solutions to global clients. He founded DoubleEdge with the belief that service providers must leverage their knowledge and a commitment to proactive customer support in order to optimise performance improvement and return on technology investment for clients.
Alex has 20 years' experience in the international telecommunications and network services arena. Before joining DoubleEdge in 2008, he held senior positions at Capgemini, Ernst & Young and mobile data clearing company, MACH, across EMEA and APAC regions. With a deep understanding of mobile and converged technologies he has specialist expertise in advising on cost reduction initiatives, delivering robust and resilient technical solutions as well as effective vendor management.
After 18 years in the telecoms, Nicki has developed a depth of knowledge in a wide spectrum of sectors and areas – from sales, project and operations management, to provisioning, billing analysis and service delivery. At DoubleEdge, she is responsible for managing the UK and international Billing Platforms, as well as developing and managing all key operational processes.
